Work Schedule: Dayshift (6am-3pm, Mondays to Fridays)

Qualifications:

  1. College Graduates: Fresh graduates are preferred, but all college graduates are encouraged to apply.
  2. Interest in Law: While a legal background is not required, an interest in law is considered a plus.
  3. Location: Must reside in Manila or nearby (if not, can relocate or commute)
  4. Onsite Work: Willingness to work onsite every work day.
  5. Experience in administrative work is considered a plus but not required. Skills:
    1. Proficiency in Microsoft applications and Adobe Acrobat.
    2. Strong verbal communication and writing skills in English.
    3. Excellent interpersonal skills
    4. Ability to multitask effectively/work simultaneously. Responsibilities:
      - Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks.
      - Prepare emails, correspondences, and applications.
      - Coordinate with heads to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
      - Organize documents with excellent attention to detail.
      - Ensure compliance with manuals and protocols.
      - Possesses problem-solving and analytical skills.
      - Manage client calendars and date entries.
      - Answer and direct phone calls.
      - Perform any other tasks assigned by the client.
