Responsibilities: Steer Your Impactful Duties

Support Consultants in client strategy and retention tasks.Conduct data analysis and prepare reports.Process client enrollment transactions and reconcile data.Coordinate with insurance carriers and external partners.Create client deliverables including Benefit Guides and cost modeling exhibits.Assist Consultants with new client onboarding tasks.Perform periodic audits of client data, comparing data on benefit administration systems with data from carriers and external partners.Coordinate carrier, benefit administration, and other vendor reporting that supports the Data Operations team.Assist in developing processes to support ongoing client service.Maintain continual partnership with internal stakeholders (Product, Engineering, Operations) to communicate client needs and help develop solutions for efficient client service.Develop relationships with benefits industry partners. Qualifications Needed: Equip Yourself for SuccessProficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.1-2 years of experience in benefits consulting or healthcare.Nice to have: Certification in data analysis or MS Excel, US Benefits experience, familiarity with benefits administration or HRIS systems.
