About Position

Junior - Mid-level Positions in Business Advisory Practice: Consultant/Business Analyst (Real Estate experience)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute consulting projects for different clients in real estate sector related to:
  • Business advisory, including business strategy & business plan, KPI Dashboard & strategic initiatives to achieve short & long term goals
  • Financial forecasting for Real Estate companies, including cashflow models, HBU analysis or feasibility models, including demand supply gap, different revenue streams, operational & capital expenditures, absorption rates, etc.
  • Assist in building budget models to plan funding requirements at departmental level, etc.
  • Transaction & Deal advisory support, including creating asset valuation models, information memorandums or pitch-decks, etc.
  • Undertake financial analysis using multiple methods like, LTV, NAV, Cap rate, etc.
  • Should be able to undertake research related tasks, like creating company/ industry overview, create Newsletters for business development purpose, etc.
  • Ensure timely delivery of all project deliverables as per agreed timelines and client satisfaction.
  • Travel to client location as may be required from time to time for the project activities.
  • Work in tandem with the other team members and any other internal and external stakeholders such as design team, subject matter experts, etc.
  • Assist the practice lead/ manager in practice development activities such as preparing pre-sales pitches, approach papers, point of views, articles, newsletter, etc.
  • Any other support that may be required from time to time for the development and growth of the practice.

Qualification and Experience requirements:

  • Post-graduation (preferably MBA).
  • 1-5 years of post-qualification experience with a suitable amount of consulting experience, with exposure to real estate sector preferable.
  • Exact position shall be ascertained basis the qualification, relevant experience and internal benchmarking.

Desired Attributes:

  • Hands-on experience, knowledge and understanding of financial & valuation concepts, with experience on real estate sector preferred
  • Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Strong financial concepts along with research-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable to engage in multiple projects simultaneously
  • Highly flexible and quick learner to adopt and apply new methodology/ approach
  • Open to travel for project execution
  • Excellent communicator and good team player
