Job Title: Senior Analyst at Financial Consulting Firm

Responsibilities:
  • Preparation of high-level financial models for the company's clients
  • Capacity building by leading, handling, and managing assigned accounts
  • Training, delegating, and managing Finance Analysts for quality outputs
  • Working with partners to gather information, provide reports, and financial strategies
  • Communicating with finance departments of clients and investee companies for needed data
  • Managing client and partner expectations effectively
  • Quality checking outputs and presenting to partners or clients
  • Handling ad-hoc tasks related to team growth and analyst management

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance/Business Administration/Economics/Accounting/Management or related field; MBA/CFA/CPA a plus
  • 1-2 years of financial institution work experience required
  • Corporate finance advisory or consulting experience preferred
  • Leadership experience and financial modeling skills required
  • Strong knowledge of financial modeling, M&A, and cashflow forecasting
  • Foundation in accounting, corporate finance, and operational finance
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Powerpoint
  • High-level initiative and desire to learn and collaborate

Shift: M-F; 8:30 am - 5:30 pm (Output-based; early completion allows early leave)

Set-up:

Hybrid Location: Manila area
Benefits: 13th month pay released every September, 14th and 16th month pro-rated released every December based on targets
