What does a day in the life as a Data Processing Analyst look like?

Execute fast, accurate transaction processing including data parsing, data entry, and data enrichmentCommunicates with the clients thru email, chat and voice channels (must be willing to do calls if needed)Closely follow process workflows and support in implementation of initiatives, projects as directed by leadershipCollaborates closely with pod leader, team leader or team manager regarding issues or concerns with daily tasks and activitiesConsistently perform with high accuracy and attention to detailsAble to communicate clearly and effectively with fellow consultants, leadership, and client contacts What are the required qualifications for a Data Processing Analyst?Ability to process data fast and produce accurate results-Ability to closely follow process workflows implemented by team leaders and team managerMinimum 1 year relevant experience in Data Processing and/or Customer ServiceMust possess above average English communication skillsAble to communicate clearly and effectively with fellow consultants, leadership, and client contacts-Must be willing to take callsCan start ASAP or 15 days notice Ninja Perks and Benefits
