Eligibility:

CS Professional or RA 1080 Competence: Project and Community organizing and coordination; Report preparation; Good oral and communication skills.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Reconciles the records and files of old and delinquent projects funded thru the Small Enterprise and Technology Upgrading Program (SETUP) AND Local GIA Program that have not been fully implemented or liquidated.
  • Prepares the inventory records (proposals, evaluation report, Memorandum of Agreement, liquidation report, technical reports, and all other documents as may be required) that are part of the documentary requirements for project termination of old and delinquent projects.
  • Coordinates with the Regional Project Management Office (RPMO) staff, Provincial S&T Center, DOST XI Accountant, projects leaders, project beneficiaries and all other concerned individuals in the retrieval of records, data gathering, project visits validation of data, inspections, preparation of the Project Termination Report, preparation of correspondence and all other activities necessary to proceed with the project termination.
  • Performs other related functions as maybe assigned from time to time by, the Assistant Regional Director for Technical Services Division and the Regional Director.
