Job Description:

  • Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
    • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the energy industry.
    • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
    • Utilize creative sourcing techniques and partnerships to build a diverse talent pipeline.
    • Collaborate with partners to understand staffing needs and develop effective hiring plans.
  • Employee Relations and Engagement:
    • Foster a culture of inclusivity, collaboration, and employee engagement.
    • Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
    • Address employee concerns and grievances with empathy and professionalism.
    • Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Performance Management:
    • Lead the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions.
    • Provide coaching and support to managers and employees to drive performance and development.
    • Identify training and development needs and coordinate relevant programs and resources.
    • Develop and implement HR-related KPIs.
    • Develop and implement performance metrics of individual team members.
  • Development of Policies, SOPs, and Workflows:
    • Lead the development of HR policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and workflows.
    • Ensure policies and procedures are compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
    • Oversee the proper implementation of policies, SOPs, and workflows across the organization.
  • Mentoring and Coaching:

  • Payroll Process:
  • Must be knowledgeable about the payroll process.

    Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in human resources management, with a focus on recruitment and employee relations.
  • Proven experience working in start-up or high-growth environments is a MUST.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and a track record of building high-performing teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving organization
  • Must be willing to work during US Central Standard Time (CST).
