We are looking for a talented individual to join our National Key Accounts Group. You will lead the development of your assigned National Key Account/s for PMFTC to be in a sustainable, competitive advantage versus competition. You will develop and execute competitive and strategic programs to support the achievement of planned market and brand-related sales targets.

Your day-to-day
  1. Coordinate, synchronize, and structure roll out of all commercial and smoke-free products (SFP) activities, to provide for a targeted deployment that is adaptable to KA/Channels.
  2. Support NKA in building Commercial plans and strategies, and notably by implementing trade and consumer activations.
  3. Assess trade segmentation data to set priorities in PPOSM/TPOSM allocation and deployment and ensure materials are procured and distributed effectively.
  4. Set the design directions with the team and internal stakeholders in the development of the Key Accounts and visibility platforms.
  5. Supervises the TPA assigned to manage the network.
  6. Ensures the deployment of audit teams and validation of results.
  7. Liaise with Key Accounts Group on the guidelines and design of planograms to support Sales Cycle priorities. Supports the execution by cascading to the internal team and merchandising teams.
  8. Establish efficiencies in processes to ensure speed-to-market and projects are within budget
