Visibility Program Officer

In-charge of the over-all Visibility Programs who conceptualizes, implements, monitors and evaluates different Visibility projects such as but not limited to Retailer and Non-Traditional Merchandising (Non-Retailer Store Signages and Creative Executions) while collaborating with regional trade marketing, brand management, product group, procurement, sales and other stakeholders.

Role includes:


• Strategic Planning (Insights, Concept, Framework, Polish – Forecasting, Allocation and Production)


• Procurement (Directly works with procurement for merchandising and agency requirements)


• Budget (Works with finance and sales admin for budget creation, payables, tracking)


• Creatives (Research, Comp Check, Creation of Visual Merchandising and Graphic Design plus Standard Installation Guidelines for all channels (General Trade, Modern Trade, DXS and Events) as aligned with the brand guidelines)


• Supply Chain (Deliveries, Warehousing, Inventory)


• Competitor Check (Merchandising, Creatives)


• Documentations & Reports (PR, PO, Cash Flow, Cash Forecast, Accruals, Merch Inventory and Deployment)


• Governance / Audit


• Ensure compliance of Regional Trade Marketing representatives on strategic TMG programs implementation for HQ monitoring and consolidation (spend vs impact)


• Creation of Brand Activations and Partnership Team Business and Regional processes in collaboration with CEO/A office

Requirements:

  • With solid TRADE MARKETING experience preferably in TELCO or FMCG
  • Willing to do regular field work
  • Conduct trade checks
  • Conduct ocular for possible merchandising placements
  • Oversee ingress/egress of events
  • Audit of merch installations
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Able to initiate partnerships with schools and LGUs
  • Tap merchandising opportunities
  • End to end implementation of events and activations
