Your role

Explore diverse internships with WTW:

  • Administration: Coordinate logistics, produce documentation, and support engagement activities.
  • Corporate Finance: Handle daily bank statements, reconcile cash posting, and manage finance inquiries.
  • Excellence, Risk, and Compliance: Assist in quality initiatives, logistics for program rollouts, and annual QRC activities.
  • Human Resources: Process benefit claims, manage new hire requirements, and contribute to HR engagement.
  • Internal Communications: Collaborate on internal communication projects, develop multimedia content, and manage the intranet site.
  • Operational Excellence: Create presentation materials, update SharePoint, and assist in process documentation and improvements.
  • Organizational Excellence: Manage ongoing learning programs, create presentation materials, and support events.
  • Retirement: Validate and reconcile data, create test cases, and provide support for process improvement projects.
  • Sales Operations: Coordinate process updates, organize project plans, and support various sales operations initiatives.
  • Software Delivery: Process data requests, collaborate on data investigation, and create documentation for effective monitoring.

About you

The Requirements:

  • Undergraduate students pursuing aDegree in Business Management, Communications, Human Resources, Psychology, Data Science, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Multimedia Arts, or any related field with an excellent academic background
  • Willing to be a part of afull-time Internship Program ranging from 3-6 months
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, Etc.) or other designing tools (Canva, Figma, Etc.)
  • Good Written and Verbal Communication skills
  • Good Analytical and Research Capabilities with the ability to challenge conventional thinking
  • Self-Driven Achiever with avalue for teamwork, collaboration, decisiveness, and integrity in all responsibilities
  • Ability to acquire, share, and disseminate new information and knowledge
