We are searching for a seasoned loyalty manager with expertise in leveraging insights, market trends, and KPIs to optimize marketing strategies and outshine competitors for retail growth. A loyalty manager with 5-7 years of market experience in retail or FMCG, digital proficiency, aged He/she will design and lead all Mktg MRC related promotions that will drive loyalty cardholder's growth likewise increase basket size per store. Responsible in the conduct of loyalty cardholder's demographic analysis to ensure appropriate development of loyalty program promotions based on consumer habits. Help in identifying loyalty program promotional activities gaps & recommend solutions for its improvement. Further, lead in the conduct of MRC blitz saturation a month before a newly built store opens for business.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Marketing or equivalent.
  • With at least 5-7 years work/market experience in retail or FMCG, digital proficiency experience specifically handling customer loyalty or marketing related experience.
  • Other basic skills required: Leadership skills, customer service skills, communicating skills, interpersonal skills and organizing skills.
