Glass Lewis seeks a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Financial Analyst. The role will be on our Financial Planning & Analysis team reporting to a manager based in Kansas City, Missouri, USA.

The main responsibilities of a FINANCIAL ANALYST include:

• Create board and management financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Perform monthly actual to budget variance analysis, extracting meaningful insights to guide executive decision-making
• Drive and support the annual budget and target setting process
• Perform ROI and strategic investment analysis as requested
• Work with the Accounting team on monthly financial close processes
• Support margin improvement initiatives
• Create dynamic financial models, including forecasting
• All other duties as assigned

To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with a minimum of 5 years of financial planning & analysis experience at a multinational company
• Advanced Excel reporting and analysis skills required, PowerBI experience a plus
• Highly detail oriented, analytical, hardworking, and strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and work independently
• Flexibility to meet continuously changing priorities and challenges
• Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Amenable to working in Manila (hybrid working arrangement with number of days per week to be determined)
• Willing to work on a mid-shift schedule (4am start time to align with Kansas City, Missouri Central Time Zone, which is 14 hours behind Manila)

The successful candidate must submit the following pre-employment requirements:

• Scanned copy of valid NBI Clearance
• Accomplished Medical or PEME Slip (covered by KMC)
• 2x2 & Half body picture with white background
• Proof of government numbers (TIN, SSS, Pag-ibig, & Philhealth).
• Photocopy of 2 valid IDs – front & back (government-issued)
• Clear copy of your Birth Certificate (PSA or NSO)
• Accomplished HR Forms & Promissory Note (will be provided by KMC's Onboarding Team)
