Key responsibilities of a SENIOR TENDER ANALYST:

  • Oversee end-to-end tender processes for targeted customers, providing customized solutions to drive business opportunities
  • Manage a small team and coordinate RFQ cycles and tender calendars
  • Lead internal strategy discussions and liaise with stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Account Owners to deliver pre and post-RFQ analysis
  • Ensure timely tender submissions and develop proposals with a focus on risk assessment
  • Work cross-functionally to tailor responses to regional needs
  • Collaborate with Procurement for competitive pricing and market analysis
  • Contribute to enhancing tender processes and tools

Requirements:

  • Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Logistics/Freight Forwarding
  • Prior experience in global/regional RFQ management
  • Strong relationship-building skills and proficiency in Excel
  • Analytical mindset and ability to work effectively in teams
  • Positive attitude and solution-oriented approach
