Join KMC Solutions as the next Client Portal Specialist

The Client Portal Specialist role involves managing client-supplier portals and ensuring a consistent GIS brand presentation to external parties. The position also includes supporting the Proposals Manager in day-to-day operations.

Main Responsibilities of a Client Portal Specialist:

  • Customer-service oriented, treating GIS team members with an internal client mindset
  • Complete Pre-qualifications, Customer Portals, Registrations, and Set-up Forms
  • Maintain Client portals annually and as needed
  • Interface with Operational & BD Leads for proposals support
  • Support proposals inbox under Proposals Manager oversight
  • Assist in proposal development
  • Coordinate tasks, balancing milestones and due dates
  • Log new RFQs and assign proposal numbers
  • Assist with post-bid documents
  • Develop content for Loopio
  • Coordinate with Business Development and Management
  • Compile information for internal KPIs
  • Provide various forms of information as needed

Requirements:

  • Experience in proposals
  • Ariba Experience
  • Organized, detail-oriented, good communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree desirable

Pre-employment requirements for successful candidates:

  • Valid NBI Clearance
  • Completed Medical or PEME Slip
  • 2x2 & Half body picture with white background
  • Proof of government numbers
  • Copy of valid IDs
  • Birth Certificate
  • HR Forms & Promissory Note
