About the Role:

Reporting to the Marketing Director - ANZ, the Senior Marketing Administrator is a pivotal role in the Robert Walters Australia marketing team which involves supporting the marketing team with advanced administrative tasks and contributing to strategic initiatives to drive brand awareness and engagement.

Strong communication skills and stakeholder management skills are essential as it is required to liaise with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end process of Robert Walters Advertising solution sales across the ANZ region
  • Assist the ANZ marketing team with administrative tasks as requested
  • Completing monthly reporting across a range of different areas of the business
  • Completing the set-up process on all marketing systems / tools for all new starters
  • Collating client and candidate leads into a format they can be shared with the business
  • Monitoring the shared Australia and New Zealand central marketing inboxes
  • Act in a consultative manner to address any marketing systems issues raised by consultants to support business continuity
  • Manage the marketing team ticketing system to monitor and complete incoming requests/tasks from the ANZ
  • Assist ANZ marketing team members with the creation of client microsites
  • Assist with minor design and video creation requests
  • Assist with basic SEO work with the ability to grow and learn within this space
  • Assist with website and UX optimisations
  • Manage client campaigns across Google, LinkedIn and Facebook
  • Manage event invites through a third-party platform
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Help project manage the production of key marketing collateral, both online and offline, such as the annual Salary Survey, quarterly market updates etc.

Who you are:

Core Skills

  • 2 - 3 years' experience in a marketing/administration position
  • A self-starter, with a genuine like for working both autonomously and as part of a team
  • A positive willingness to be hands on
  • Proven time management / prioritisation ability when managing multiple tasks
  • Strong attention to detail with work completed to a high standard
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • High level of organisational skills
  • Proven stakeholder management and the ability to build relationships
  • The ability to problem solve and be innovative with your thinking
  • The ability to improve processes and provide strategic thinking

Experience

  • Tertiary qualifications or equivalent in marketing and/or communications
  • Previous experience in a multi-faceted business
  • Experience of implementing Google Ads campaigns (desirable)
  • Knowledge of SEO strategies and implementation (desirable)
