Your mission in a nutshell? To support the ADP Philippines business by producing high-quality content across various platforms to inform, engage, and educate our audience.

THINGS YOU'LL DO

Content Creation: Leverage seasoned experience in writing to produce compelling and informative content across various formats, including announcements, executive messages, product updates, video scripting, and more. Editing and Proofreading: Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, style standards, and best practices, thorough editing and proofreading to maintain high quality and consistency. Research: Conduct thorough research on relevant topics to ensure accuracy, credibility, and relevance of content, utilizing diverse sources and data. Project Management: Create campaigns and drive projects that contribute to our brand internally and externally. Stakeholder Management: Demonstrate exceptional stakeholder management to effectively collaborate with partners and executives, understanding their needs and delivering content solutions that exceed expectations. Content Strategy: Contribute to the development and implementation of content strategies to align with organizational goals and objectives, driving audience engagement and growth. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in content creation and project management, actively seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation.

EXPERIENCE YOU SHOULD HAVE

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing, or related field. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Corporate Communication, Internal Communication, Public Relations or related field, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates communication skills across various formats. Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with experience interfacing with clients and executives to understand requirements and deliver results. Strong planning and organization skills, with the ability to gather and synthesize information from multiple sources, effectively prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and content management systems.
