Inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant- Engagement Manager

You will be responsible for managing a very dynamically growing account client.

Responsibilities

As an engagement manager, you should have excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills. you should be able to work collaboratively with internal and external teams to ensure that the customer's needs are being met and that projects are delivered successfully.

In this role, you will be doing the client handling at the client end.

Qualifications we seek in you

  • Past experience in large engagement management
  • You will be Building and maintaining relationships: As an engagement manager you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with the customer. This includes regular communication, setting expectations, and ensuring that the customer's needs are being met.
  • You will be Identifying opportunities: You should be able to identify opportunities for new business, cross-selling, or up-selling services to the customer. you will also be able to spot potential problems before they arise and work to mitigate them.
  • You will also be partially doing project management: As an engagement manager, you should be able to manage projects effectively, ensuring that they are delivered on time and within budget. You should also be able to communicate progress to the customer and manage any issues that arise during the project.
  • Collaboration: As an engagement manager, you should be able to work collaboratively with the customer's team, as well as with internal teams within the company. This includes working with sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure that the customer's needs are being met.
  • Performance tracking: You should track performance metrics and provide regular reports to the customer. This includes tracking customer satisfaction, project progress, and financial performance.
  • Problem-solving: You should also be able to identify and solve problems quickly and effectively. You should be able to anticipate issues and develop solutions to mitigate them.
  • Sales support: As an engagement manager, you should support the sales team in identifying new opportunities and closing deals. This may include providing insights into the customer's needs and preferences or developing proposals and presentations.

Preferred qualifications

· Experience in managing high performance large teams

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to grasp and convey complex product requirements or technical concepts;
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, agile development environment;
  • Ability to partner with business units, product management, program management and cross-functional teams to deliver business results with agility and high quality;
  • Experience building and managing highly effective engineering teams
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work on concurrent assignments with different priorities;
  • Proven results oriented person with focus on customer experience and delivering quality products;
  • Solid knowledge of algorithms and design patterns;
  • Strong Agile skills and proven track record for product delivery.
