Overview of the role

Design practice solutions to ensure engagements meet client needs, business requirements and future business growth objectives.

What you will be doing
  1. Defines, maintains and enhances practice offering to support business objectives, strategic development roadmap and client business needs.
  2. Designs, enhances and implements practice offering to support specific client requirements and address market opportunities.
  3. Consults with sales, account management and client on the appropriate practice offering to meet specific client requirements and strategic business needs.
  4. Consults with clients on the most strategic technology projects within a practice area.
  5. Serves as pre-sales support specialist as needed with sales and account management to create and close sales opportunities. May include developing proposals/statements of work, negotiating pricing, planning engagement projects and delivering prospect presentations.
  6. Collaborates with internal stakeholders, e.g., product management, development, sales, and senior management to define and support assigned practice area.
  7. Nurtures relationships, defines consulting engagements to support relationship needs and sells the initiative.
  8. Maintains quality client relationships with both internal and external clients to gain referrals for new clients and achieve excellent client satisfaction and client loyalty.
  9. Identifies business process improvements for increased efficiency and enhanced client experience.
  10. Ensures practice provides industry thought leadership.
  11. Mentors and develops resources to grow practice knowledge among services organization.
  12. Researches and resolves critical issues related to practice in a timely and professional manner.
  13. Provides technical and business domain expertise.
  14. Works directly with clients and may travel to client sites.
  15. Other related duties assigned as needed.
What you bring

Project Management and consulting background for Large complex multiple projects Industry practices

Good business acumen

Experience of treasury management system implementation and professional services for corporates and/or banking and financial services is preferred

Upper stakeholder management

Sales support experience

Negotiation skills regarding complex issues

Adaptable and able to show good performance in fast-paced, changing business environments

Strives for continuous improvement

Honest, ethical, and consistent in word and deed
