As the
Data Operations Manager at our company, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing multiple facets of our data operations, with a strong focus on validating remuneration data by coordinating with our international IT partner, process improvement of the data collection and contributing to client work, particularly the research, and preparation of executive and board remuneration reports. This position requires a dynamic individual with a keen eye for detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.

Data Validation and Checking:
  • Validate IT partner collected data with the original source documents, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Manage the data quality review program, reporting and recording errors, detecting anomalies and investigating these to determine and eliminate the root cause.
  • Efficiently manage the volume of data to be processed through the cycles, ensuring that workload deadlines are clearly communicated to all teams.
  • Continuously assess and optimise data management processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Collaborate with International IT Partner:
  • Coordinate with our international IT partner to assist in data validation and perform a quality review of collected remuneration data.
  • Ensure seamless communication and alignment between our team and the IT partner to meet project deadlines and quality standards. Work with the team to develop solutions for technical issues associated with specific projects.
  • Continuously assess and optimise data management processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Analysing relevant data to draw out insightful information for use in project work and internal research.

Client Work and Reporting:
  • Play a key role in client engagements by providing support in research, analysis, and project management as needed.
  • Assist in the preparation of executive and board reports, analysing data into actionable insights and recommendations.

Requirements
  • Degree-qualified, preferably in Business, Mathematics, IT, or Data Science.
  • Previous experience in remuneration-specific data analysis, preferably ANZ remuneration frameworks is highly regarded
  • Previous exposure to client work is desirable.
  • Good statistical or mathematical skills.
  • High-level organisation, numeracy, typing skills, and general computer skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Be able to work to a timetable and have a results orientation.
  • Ability to engage with business stakeholders.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in providing timely and accurate solutions.
  • Experience in investigating the cause of problems and providing solutions to prevent recurrence.
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Use of other Office applications
  • A combination of some of the following is desirable: Project Management (Development), Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint administration and development, WordPress

Benefits
1. Monthly Salary: PHP 70, ,000
 2. Salary will be paid on a bi-monthly basis on the 15th and 30th or 31st of each month

3. You will be paid extra for overtime and Philippines public holidays

4. Probation: 6 months and after Probation

10 days annual leave credits

5 days of sick leave

5. HMO offered after 6-months Probation
 6. 13th Month Pay after 30 days

7. Laptop provided after 30 days

8. Permanent work-from-home role. You will have to use your own internet.
