Recruitment - Agency (Human Resources & Recruitment)
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end procurement process of skilled and professional workers for our international clients.
- Manage the complete document processing of selected candidates.
- Analyze, plan, and execute recruitment programs and hiring processes to meet the evolving needs of our client's growing business.
- Proactively source and implement recruitment activities, such as job fairs, special recruitment events in PESO offices, partnerships with colleges and TESDA-accredited training centers, and collaborations with third-party job sites and media to streamline and optimize the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain applicant databases, ensuring accurate records, reports, and documents of all candidates, including their employment contracts and pre-employment requirements.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of current HR administrative functions and centralization of all processes.
- Participate in calibration meetings and act as the key contact for international clients assigned to your team.
- Communicate effectively with shortlisted candidates and provide weekly recruitment and processing reports to your immediate superior.
- Assess candidates provided by your team to ensure qualification match, cultural fit, and compatibility.
- Conduct interviews with applicants, analyze responses, verify references, and compare qualifications to job requirements.
Requirements
- Fluent in both English and Tagalog.
- Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Marketing, Psychology, or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a Recruitment role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and confidently with individuals at all levels.
- Able to work under pressure and effectively manage time.
- Flexibility in working hours, as there will be requirements to align with European, American, or Asian business hours.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Must be willing to work at our location in 5th Avenue, Caloocan City.
