Branch Operations AssistantDescription

The Branch Operations Assistant position requires good communication and social skills in conducting interviews with loan applicants. The major tasks include gathering client information through personal interviews, evaluating creditworthiness, verifying submitted documents, assessing loan amount requests, background checking, encoding client data, loan processing, and loan releasing. Other tasks include replying to online inquiries, online advertising, and minor administrative duties and responsibilities.

Qualifications


• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management/ Banking and Finance/Accountancy/or any other business related courses.
• Preferably with experience in any Financial or Lending Institutions.
• Has strong attention to details.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Treasury AssistantDescription

The main responsibility of the Treasury Associate is to handle the daily collection of loan payments received from various payment channels. The daily collection process includes monitoring of scheduled payments, monitoring of auto debit arrangements, recording of received cash and post dated check payments, collecting payments through POS machines, issuance of official receipts, balancing of daily transactions and preparing of collection report. Other tasks includes processing of check disbursements and monitoring of various Company revolving cash funds.

Qualifications

1. BS degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or any relevant field.2. Experienced with Treasury functions.3. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.4. Accuracy when computing and managing numbers.5. Strong attention to details and analytical skills.6. Ability to multi-task and prioritize workloads.7. Meticulous in recording transactions.

Marketing Account AssociateDescription

The Marketing Account Associate is responsible in scouting and engaging potential seafarer and qualified allottee as clients. The position requires good communication and negotiation skills highlighting the benefits of the loan product and services. Must establish and maintain a long-term and customer-friendly relationship to clients and contacts. Assist in loans processing. Assist in creating and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns, using various channels such as social media, email, web, and direct field marketing.

Qualifications


• Knowledgeable in scouting potential clients for products and services
• With good communication and negotiation skill
• Ability to listen and understand the needs and preferences of the clients
• Knowledgeable of current marketing trends
• Knows how to create and implement marketing strategies and campaigns using various channels such as social media, email, web, and direct field marketing
• With good analytical skill and must be goal-oriented
• Knows how to monitor and analyze the effectiveness of the marketing campaigns and makes necessary adjustments
• Must be well-versed in a wide range of online media platforms
• Knows how to conduct client background investigations
• Enjoys field marketing activities, attending client gatherings, events, and saturation drive
• Must have a good eye for design, layout, and detail.
• Must be creative and pro-active.
