Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement the architectural vision and strategy in alignment with the company's overall objectives.

2. Oversee the design and execution of major architectural projects, ensuring they meet high standards of quality and innovation.

3. Drive initiatives for sustainable design practices and cutting-edge architectural solutions.

4. Lead and manage all phases of architectural projects, from concept through completion.

5. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

6. Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to define project requirements and deliverables.

7. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of architects, designers, and project managers.

8. Foster a collaborative and creative work environment.

9. Stay abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in architecture and design.

10. Promote a culture of innovation and creativity within the design team.

11. Integrate new technologies and methodologies into design processes to improve efficiency and outcomes.

12. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

13. Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and professional associations.

14. Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and translate it into functional, aesthetically pleasing designs.

15. Develop and manage the department's budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.

16. Allocate resources effectively to meet project demands and organizational goals.

17. Monitor financial performance and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.

18. Ensure all designs comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

19. Implement quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of design and construction.

20. Conduct regular reviews and audits of design projects to ensure compliance and excellence.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field. Professional licensure is required.

2. Minimum of 15 years of experience in architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or executive role.

3. Preferably with international work experience but not required.

4. Exceptional design and conceptual skills.

5. Proven leadership and team management abilities.

6. Strong project management and organizational skills.

7. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

8. Proficiency in architectural design software.

9. Experience with large-scale and high-profile architectural projects.

10. Ability to adapt to evolving industry trends and client needs.

11. Strong network within the architecture and design community.

12. Willing to trvael locally and internationally.
