Job Overview: The Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for identifying, generating, and qualifying sales leads through various outbound strategies. This role involves using a mix of technology, research, and interpersonal skills to identify prospective clients and build a robust pipeline for the sales team. You will work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research to identify potential customers and business opportunities.
  • Generate leads through outbound activities such as cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
  • Qualify leads based on defined criteria, ensuring they meet the company's ideal customer profile.
  • Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and activities in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead-generation activities with broader marketing campaigns.
  • Develop targeted lists and build prospect databases for lead generation.
  • Continuously improve lead generation strategies through data analysis and feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (4 years minimum) in lead generation, sales development, or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong research skills and the ability to identify key prospects in various industries.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other lead-generation tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt to changing environments.
  • Willing to commute and relocate to Angeles City Pampanga.
  • 40k monthly salary with potential of up to 80k commission based on performance.
