• Database Management: Keeping accurate records of lead information, interactions, and status updates in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.


• Collaboration: Collaborating with the team lead and quality team members to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads and providing necessary information for successful Conversions.


• Performance Tracking: Monitoring /staying updated on the key performance indicators (KPIs).


• Market Research: Staying updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine lead generation strategies.


• Working towards achieving lead generation targets and contributing to the account's overall success and revenue generation.


• Continuous Learning: Engaging in ongoing training and self-development to enhance lead generation skills and stay ahead in the field.

Requirements

Desired Skills and Experience:

● 3+ years ofsales/BDR/Lead Generation in B2B experience is desired.

● Have 3-5 yearsexperience in all aspects of Business Development, thatinclude self-training, preparation, and generating outboundbusiness.

● ExcellentCommunication Skills in English – Oral and Written

● To be curiousand willing to learn and share ideas.

● Skills inprofessional Social media tools

● Professional,ambitious, determined and results-oriented mindset

● Positiveattitude, team-oriented, self-starter who can work alone andcollaboratively to achieve team goals

1.English Speaking without a strong accent or mother tongueinfluence. Active Listening is a strong part ofconversation skills as in how to usequestions.

2. Proventrack record in generating leads

3. Dial rate -80 to 100 calls per day ( This is subjective based onachieving the conversion numbers /conversion rate forthe day).

4. LeadQuality at 95% (Keeping the rejection rate under 5% - QArejection)

5. Yourknowledge of Business Services, and discussing the "howand what" with customers' businesses will help youand them, uncover problems.

6. Understandinghow modern businesses operate, the services they depend on,and how they take advantage of these, will aid you in yourdevelopment.

7. Strong, quickresearch and overview analysis skills will help you beefficient.

8. Know how toplan your day and complete tasks and projects on time.
