Weekly reporting of materials, deliveries, movement

Preparing and maintaining asset movement paperwork, procurement records, and
digital monitoring databases.

Ensures that information and transaction recording, manual or by an information
system, are complete, accurate, and timely.

Assessment and investigation of reported delivery concerns such as
incomplete delivery of items and delivery of wrong items to clients.

Review and suggest work procedures that would help in the improvement of the
existing operational flow.

Keep track of quality, quantity, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.

Handle storage and distribution of materials

Manage the movement of materials at the construction site
and control site facilities management

Liaison with customers, suppliers, and employees to ensure inventory is properly
documented and ordered, as well as to guarantee delivery schedules are adhered to.

Acts as Admin on site for HQ to report materials procurement requests, delivery forms
Qualifications:

 Candidate must possess at least bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business
Administration, or a related field (preferred).
 At least 2 to 3 years relevant experience in Logistics & warehousing.
 Proficient in both oral and written communication.
 Proficient in Microsoft Office data processing applications.
 Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
 Creative, resourceful, attentive to detail, able to meet deadlines and
can work with minimal supervision.
 Familiar with pipelaying materials
