Our client, a professional staffing firm, is seeking a dynamic and versatile Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing tech tickets, automation, and analytics while serving as the point person for IT integration and implementation.

Join our client as a dynamic and versatile Business Analyst, playing a crucial role in managing tech tickets, automation, and analytics while being the key point person for IT integration and implementation. We are seeking a candidate with a strong analytics and automation background, coupled with a willingness to learn and grow.

What you'll do:

Automation and Process Improvement:

  • Identify areas for automation and process optimization within the organization.
  • Design, develop, and implement automation solutions to streamline workflows.

Tech Ticket Management:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for technical support and issue resolution and be the tech go -to person.
  • Collaborate with various teams to prioritize, track, and resolve tech tickets efficiently.
  • Own all the automation requests.
  • Resolve most issues with Bullhorn and other software vendors

IT Integration and Implementation:

  • Work closely with our ATS and implementation team to ensure the successful integration of new technologies and systems.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of IT projects and implementations.
  • Run integrations from systems into Bullhorn

Data Analytics:

  • Utilize data analytics tools to extract valuable insights and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Create reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.

Analytics Writing:

  • Develop and maintain documentation of analytics processes, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Communicate findings and insights effectively through written reports and presentations.

What You Bring:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Business Analyst or a related role with a focus on tech ticket management, automation, and analytics.
  • Ability to work onsite (Greenfield, Mandaluyong) is a MUST.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
  • Knowledge of IT integration and implementation processes.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience working with both stakeholders and vendors.
  • Proven experience in Power BI and related products
  • High level of knowledge of AI
  • Experience in Bullhorn and/or Staffing Industry specific technology platforms is a bonus
