Job Description

Essential Duties And Responsibilities (Job Expectations):

  • Spearhead the Digital Engineering business across the given portfolio
  • Manage and deliver growth for the existing accounts, run the P&L for those accounts, position the company as the Digital Engg leader
  • Develop thought leadership on client's business and set long-term aspiration and annual goals. Seek to understand Client's business objectives to ensure the company's solutions/ offerings are positioned appropriately
  • Work closely with the Business Development team and helping them with:
  • Identifying the right chase list
  • Guiding sales team on defining account specific business plans, create new business opportunities through greenfield pursuits & new business wins (revenue-ACV and order value-TCV)
  • Build and nurture market partnerships - product vendors, advisors, intermediaries
  • Drive pro-active pitches leveraging right fit domain and digital offerings to guide client's transformation initiatives
  • Work closely with the larger organization to build synergies, enable cross-selling and up-selling of Engineering Solutions

Key verticals in focus:

  • Large GIC/GCC within BFSI and Products verticals
  • Key Enterprise accounts/ conglomerates in PH
The Successful Applicant
  • Deep expertise in managing CxO level relationships and driving the design and sales, Digital and Consulting solutions for IT services clients
  • Should have handled a portfolio of at least USD 8 Million with revenue responsibility and ability to scale business across the mentioned markets
  • Support marketing team in driving awareness initiatives like campaigns, communications, events, targeted workshops, etc.
  • Committed to continuous self-learning to remain updated and relevant
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
  • Demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
