Eram Talent is looking for a highly motivated Safety Advisor to join our team in the Oil & Energy industry.

As a Safety Advisor, you will be responsible for ensuring safe work practices are adhered to, and all safety regulations are followed.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop, implement and maintain safety procedures and guidelines.
  2. Conduct safety audits and assessments to identify and address potential hazards and risks.
  3. Provide safety training for employees to create a safe and healthy working environment.
  4. Conduct investigations into safety incidents and identify root causes and corrective measures.
  5. Ensure compliance with company safety policies and regulations, and industry standards.
  6. Participate in safety meetings and communicate safety-related information to all relevant stakeholders.
  7. Identify and implement improvements with regards to safety within the organization.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, or related field.

Minimum of 10 years' experience in safety management within the Oil and Energy industry.

Fully experienced with the Safety requirements for oil/gas or petrochemical industry, or in the industry related to the position placement, e.g., marine, pipelines, power distribution, with an experience in Project Management skills.

Worked on major Plants upgrade projects as safety engineer especially at construction phase.

Must have knowledge or training in the following: occupational health, safety and environmental compliance with applicable industry, governmental and/or international standards.

Must have demonstrated knowledge of delivering hands-on health, safety, and environmental training.

Must also have ability to assist with developing, implementing, and coordinating comprehensive health and safety programs.
