Lead IT User Support Field Office Coordination

Help Desk & IT Support (Information & Communication Technology)

Coordinates all ITFS IT Services matters with field office IT support staff, FO F&A and other relevant coordinators, FO IT contractors and FO IT consultants with the objective of extending and strengthening these services to users in the field.

PRIMARY ACTIVITIES:

IT Support – Field Office Coordination is required to:

· Coordinate project or enhancement related activities, scheduling, travel and training setup for field offices.

· Assist in the preparation of transition plans including early life support, training,

deployment schedule etc. for field offices;

· Analyse and organize FO information, and present these through relevant dashboards to support decision making. Prepare status reports of various field office initiatives and concerns for ITFS management;

· Assist ITFS resource mgt team in reviewing IT outsourcing contracts and contractor profiles for

field offices;

· Coordinates the extension of ITFS IT services functions to the FO IT Support staff and personnel, including, but not limited to: IT budget, procurement, vendor and contract management, user services, etc.

· In close coordination with FO IT support, ensures the adherence to IT end-user asset policies and processes in the field offices, including, but not limited to: asset refresh, replenishment, disposal, etc.

· Monitors field office matters including incidents, requests, shipments and other concerns, and coordinates with appropriate OIST teams;

Coordinates and supports the annual FO events including but not limited to the FO IT Hub training and the FO It Forum. Support may include facilitation as required.

· Serves as the FO representative for Apptio matters, and monitors the utilization of FO IT budgets (AE, 3YRCapex, BT, Staff Dev) against plans. · Any other tasks that may be assigned from time-to-time in relation to field office

coordination.

COMPETENCIES:

  • 5-6 years experience

· Knowledge of Information and Communications Technology as applied in an

· Excellent interpersonal skills and experience in customer support with a client-oriented

· Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

· Willing to work in a team for long hours while under pressure.

· Knowledgeable in ITIL and Project Management frameworks is preferred.
