This person must be a self-starter, can think outside the box and must show great sense of teamwork to join a fast-growing company. Core responsibilities are:

Project Management

  • Manage project escalations, risks, and issues, ensuring quick resolution and effective communication with all stakeholders involved.
  • Ensure team compliance with all necessary project documentation for the onboarding process.
  • Deliver excellent customer experience, maintaining a CSAT score of >90%, through effective client and stakeholder management.
  • Communicate effectively with various stakeholders, conducting meetings and presentations as required.
  • Assist in creating comprehensive project plans and custom proposals in collaboration with the GM for Strategy and PMO.
  • Review team output, including client proposals and contracts, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Ensure that all documents, procedures, and templates are up to date, working closely with consultants.

Governance

  • Manage the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple small to medium-scale projects and initiatives.
  • Work closely with the GM for Strategy and PMO to ensure project leaders adhere to proper governance, documentation, processes, and procedures.
  • Escalate project or initiative issues and risks that could impact scope, timeline, budget, or delivery, and collaborate with the GM for Strategy and PMO to address and mitigate them.
  • Conduct governance meetings with project stakeholders to review project and initiative progress.
  • Produce status reports in collaboration with project leaders for assigned projects.
  • Ensure projects remain within scope and budget during implementation, promptly escalating any deviations.
  • Develop tools, repositories, and processes to ensure smooth and efficient project management.

People Management

  • Manage the capacity of the business consulting and client onboarding team.
  • Execute monthly coaching sessions with staff to foster development.
  • Ensure all staff are enrolled in and follow long-term development plans.
  • Monitor and manage staff performance to ensure KPIs are met.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and appraisals for direct reports.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any course.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a project lead or manager
  • Experience in working in BPO or service industry
  • At least 1 year experience of supervisory position
  • Project management or six sigma certification is an advantage
  • Excellent stakeholder management
  • Excellent English communication skills
