About the role The focus of our UX Writer / Intranet Content Specialist is to improve the overall experience that users have when interacting with the content on the intranet.
You'll use your writing skills and user experience principles to craft content for our intranet that empowers our employees to self-help and find answers quickly.
You'll be confident in advising business subject matter experts on how to create engaging, user-centric, high-quality content.
You have an interest in research and usability testing to identify opportunities to improve the experience and determine knowledge gaps.
You'll work collaboratively with our Australia based writers and Experience Designer and be part of a broader team that support our employee facing communication channels.

Primary responsibilities
Partner with various teams to define content needs, provide advice, recommendations and content solutions that are aligned with best practice content design, appropriate content tools and internal guidelines.
Write, edit, design and publish intranet content to ensure quality, consistency, and accessibility.
Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders and help them to understand best practice content delivery using your influence, consultation and negotiation skills.
Upskill, support and mentor entry-level content authors and publishers in best practice for digital content structure, layout, and writing.

What will your day look like Role Location: MDC 100 Bldg., Eastwood Ave, Quezon City and/or Solaris One Bldg., Legaspi Village, Makati City
Role Type: Full-time, Permanent (Multiple roles open)
Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday. Morning shift and will follow Melbourne hours.
Work Arrangement: Hybrid setup
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
- Excellent problem-solving skills and an organised approach.
- A great balance between big-picture thinking and nailing the details.
- Demonstrated experience of writing and editing content to ensure its user focused content.
- An understanding of user needs and top tasks, and how to identify them.
- Understanding of web usability, readability and accessibility requirements.
- Know how to get buy-in from key stakeholders. You've got a track record of bringing people on the journey with you.
