Responsibilities

What Sales Support Administration contributes to Cardinal Health

Sales Support Administration is responsible for customer maintenance and support, sales quotas, and/or order fulfillment and adjustments.


Qualifications

Bachelors Degree preferred Open to fresh grads with medial allied course 0 - 2 general business experience, preferred Customer service, problem solving and analytical skills require Medical/clinical background Hospital setting experience Exposure to clinical set up (OR/ER) OJT in the clinical setting – base requirement Strong verbal & written communication skills are essential Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)

Duties and Responsibilities:

Work with Sales Representatives to build and organized medical kits and supplies for hospital Received lists of medical supplies from sales representative which we need to organize before it was offered to the hospital. Review materials, pricing and kit information if it complies with FDA regulation to ensure that there is no discrepancies. Coordinate with different departments whenever there discrepancy in the Pricing or in the kit information File complaints from the customer/hospitals Ensure that the pricing of the Kit is within regulatory guidelines Ensure that all kit information and items added are precise

· Quote AKS/Kit setup
