What you will do:

  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to the cage operations department, including cashiers, supervisors, and financial professionals, to ensure smooth operations.
  • Oversee all financial transactions, including cash and chip handling, to guarantee accuracy, security, and compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
  • Ensure rigorous adherence to gaming and financial regulations, reporting requirements, and security protocols to protect assets and minimize risk.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement, implementing best practices to elevate cage operations.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, and exceptional service.
  • Manage relationships with cash handling and payment processing vendors to ensure quality services and cost-effective solutions.
  • Generate accurate financial reports and statements, providing insights and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage the departmental budget, tracking expenses and resource allocation for optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with internal and external auditors, regulatory agencies, and compliance teams to facilitate audits and investigations when necessary.
  • Promote a guest-centric approach, ensuring that financial transactions are conducted with professionalism, accuracy, and efficiency to enhance the overall experience.

What we need:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field;
  • Extensive leadership experience within cage operations, casino finance, or a similar role.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of financial regulations, gaming compliance, and industry standards.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across various departments and external partners.
  • Familiarity with cash management and payment processing systems.
  • Uncompromising commitment to integrity and trustworthiness.
