  • Meet with distributor accounts and distributor sales team to discuss the needs and to evaluate the quality of the company's relationship with them.
  • Provide the necessary support to the whole distributor team to generate market leads and close sales.
  • Achieve 100% performance in assigned distribution target.
  • Responsible for expanding area and product assortment.
  • Responsible for opening new accounts.
  • Ensure healthy Receivables/Collections.
  • Ensure monthly hanging balances clean up.
  • Responsible for maintaining DSO-Days Sales Outstanding based on company direction.
  • Close coordination with the accounting department regarding documents to secure.
  • Successfully meets, achieves, and exceeds cross-merchandise display or additional display.
  • Ensure properly coordination of account activity requirements.
  • Ensure the preparation of plans and programs of the accounts including the execution with cost to sales consideration.

Job qualifications:

  • Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, and/or any related course.
  • At least 1 year working experience as Distributor.
  • Time management and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Can work with minimal supervision.
  • People-oriented and result-driven.
  • Knowledgeable in marketing, sales strategy, and area familiarity.
  • Familiarity with Cagayan de Oro area.
  • Excellent leadership skills that can effectively build interpersonal relationships at all levels and departments internal and external entities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
