Your role
- Responsible for fulfilling IT purchase requests to ensure that they are processed within defined SLAs
- Experience and knowledge of procurement processes, best practices, tools, and methodologies
- Validate commercial documents for further processing and make timely orders to vendors
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Coordination of daily activities and management of multi-shift work schedules to ensure adequate coverage
- Experience in a Service Desk or remote customer support role with knowledge of ITIL methodologies will be desired
- Track and maintain a database of purchases
- Resolving queries raised by stakeholders
- Working with Domain teams to identify specific optimization opportunities by analyzing capacity utilization
- Good commercial acumen to understand the business needs and how IT contributes to the delivery of that product or service
