POSITION OVERVIEW

ISS-ESG is expanding and is looking for a new member to join its Client Deliverables team, located in the Manila office. You will be part of a team that is the hub for the generation of content that transforms our market-leading research into reports, feeds, and other deliverables that are leveraged by our clients. This operational role will require a high level of interaction with the ISS-Sales team, Client Success consultants, as well as ISS-ESG's research and product team. The team operates as a functional unit that focuses on ensuring that clients receive their solutions on a timely basis.

To succeed in this role, you need to have a genuine interest in area of Sustainable and Responsible investments, including all aspects of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) research and topics. You are dedicated and thrive in a role where you provide world class client service, sales support and administration. The role requires high level of professional multi-tasking skills, excellent communication skills, as well as significant skills related to data operations (such as Excel, Power point, and more).

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor and maintain automated client feeds.
• Assess client reporting needs, participate in report production, and coordinate on-time report delivery.
• Own and manage client delivery schedules utilizing and other internal tools.
• Identify process risks and create plans to continue to improve quality and timeliness of deliverables.
• Liaise with Client Success consultants, sales, research, development, product development.
• Identify and communicate efficiency improvements and produce training materials for both internal and external use.
• Provide technical expertise for the full ISS-ESG product suite (screening, corporate ratings, climate, specialty scores and data)
• Perform testing of new product features
• Encourage and facilitate meetings between client coverage teams and product teams.
• Communicate market requirements to ISS business leaders.

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience
• Fluency in English
• Bachelor's degree required, MBA or masters a plus.
• Experience in a client service or SRI-market or corporate governance industries a plus

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Very strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, detail-orientation, ability to multi-task and manage and meet deadlines(Knowledge of VBA and Macros a plus)
• Proactive attitude, innovative, motivated, client-oriented and commercially aware thinker with strong attention to detail
• Rudimentary understanding of coding languages and database structures
• Demonstrated project management skill – define scope, resources and timelines and manage to deliverables.
• Excellent organizational and verbal skills
• Absolute personal and business integrity
