Management (Community Services & Development)
- Develop operations plan in accordance with the latest DKT Philippines Foundation program plan, current year directions and thrusts.
- Facilitate, organize and integrate activities of the primary project components in support of the Program plans and objectives in accordance with the current DKT Foundation focused project areas/activities: Workplace FP Program and In-Service Training for Midwives
- Work with technical, administrative, and finance staff to implement the program activities/approaches and strategies.
- Coordinate program/activity implementation with the local partners in the government, workplace, cooperatives, academe, private sector and civil society groups.
- Liaise with relevant business, professional and civic organizations, private sector FP/MCH providers, cooperating agencies in FP/RH, and local government units (LGUs) to forge partnerships for FP initiatives.
- Facilitate monitoring and evaluation on program indicators for the area program in accordance with the approved Program Objectives.
- Organize and facilitate capability building activities such as workshops, trainings and orientations.
- Following procedures of the DKT procurement process, help identify and assist potential project partners in their application for partnership and in the subsequent implementation of the approved projects. Organize and coordinate regular site visits to partners to monitor and evaluate program/project implementation and identify capacity building needs to improve performance.
- Maintain technical and project-related files, including but not limited to communication logs, filing systems, and budget trackers.
- Prepare regular status report of program implementation areas. Provide technical assistance to partners as needed.
- Prepare monthly CYP tracker report, narrative report, and fund utilization report of specific Program area.
- Participate in program management meetings and workshops of the organization.
