Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines Infor Inc. Full time

The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) department is responsible for overseeing Infor's plan and forecast, long-term business plan and financial analysis. FP&A acts as a challenging business partner, working closely with each organization at Infor to provide financial and strategic support. All analysts within the broader FP&A organization will gain in-depth exposure and experience in the Enterprise softwareBusiness softwareCloud computing industry.

This role will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing business operation specific to revenue. An emphasis to detail will be required to help downstream reporting. They will use this information to provide commentary to the business, derive insights to consistent issues in revenue, propose improvement plans for the commonly found issues, and work with leadership team to drive revenue expansion activities for the entire company. The candidate will report to the SaaS FP&A Director with visibility and interaction with the divisional General Managers support staff as well as internal FP&A colleagues.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

  • Responsible for the submission of monthly Revenue and COGS Forecast by Division. Making sure to understand, identify, and communicate any changes compare to prior month's data and plan.
  • Analyze and track Revenue and COGS numbers, metrics and build analyses based on the assumptions.
  • Help with the annual Revenue and COGS planning and budgeting.
  • Assists with Compensation tasks and reporting such as Comp Planning and answering queries from business partners regarding their Comp.
  • Recommend areas of improvement, as well as participate in accounting projects and other departments, to automate and streamline processes and systems.
  • Assist with any other ad hoc requests/queries.
  • Continue to seek personal growth within the company that is in line with the PBM guidelines and principles.
  • Bridge monthly variance analysis on a month-end close, plan vs actuals, forecast vs actuals, year-over-year, etc.
  • Proactively review of financial results and provide input to the business to help resolve discrepancies.
  • Analyze and understand revenue trends, identify areas for revenue growth determined by established KPIs.
  • Liaison with functional leaders to develop relevant business drivers, performance metrics, and reporting requirements.

What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related area of study
  • Attention to Detail and time management based on a strict close timeframe
  • Minimum 0-1 years of analytical work experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, specifically Excel
  • Track record of problem-solving, and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Proven ability to prioritize a range of responsibilities and adapt as business problems change
