Description

Kenvue is currently looking for a talented Sr. Financial Analyst to join their team in Manila, Philippines.

The Supply Chain Finance team at Kenvue is responsible for managing the financial aspects of the company's supply chain, including sourcing, production, and delivery of products/services. This role involves optimizing performance, controlling costs, and minimizing risks throughout the supply chain. The ideal candidate will collaborate with different departments to ensure financial considerations are incorporated into supply chain decisions, analyze performance data, develop financial strategies, and implement cost-saving plans.

As a Sr. Financial Analyst at Kenvue, you will play a key role in defining and executing financial strategies to enhance supply chain performance. Effective communication, leadership skills, and strategic decision-making are essential for this position.

What You Will Do

As a Sr. Financial Analyst at Kenvue, your responsibilities may include:

General Responsibilities

  • Executing monthly and quarterly financial closures
  • Leading financial forecasting and ensuring alignment with set targets
  • Working with stakeholders to identify and capitalize on cost-saving opportunities
  • Influencing financial strategies to enhance supply chain performance
  • Providing financial insights to leadership
  • Driving process improvements across the supply chain
  • Analyzing and reporting on supply chain performance metrics
  • Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards
  • Collaborating with other departments for integrated decision-making

Qualifications

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting, Engineering, or Business Management
  • 4-6 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in cost and inventory accounting
  • Proficiency in financial modeling
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to recommend and implement process enhancements

Desired Qualifications

  • Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office, and Business Intelligence Tools
  • Prior experience as a Finance or business partner
  • Advanced English language skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Background in compliance
