Job Description:
- Carry out administrative support and customer service tasks for smooth office operations
- Manage training, consultations, meetings, and presentation requests
- Collaborate with Team Leaders for Customer Success
- Track document/request status and follow up with other departments
- Provide regular reports on the status of documents/requests and operational concerns
- Oversee and manage supplies inventory and replenishment requests monthly
- Handle other assigned tasks as needed
- Graduate of Business Management or related field
- 1-2 years experience preferred
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills
- Superb oral and written communication skills
- Ability to build effective working relationships
- Knowledge of effective organization principles
- Strong analytical and numerical abilities
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
