Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring incoming staff complies with company policy
  • Training staff to follow restaurant procedures
  • Maintaining safety and food quality standards
  • Keeping customers happy and handling complaints
  • Supervising daily shift operations
  • Coordinating daily front- and back-of-house restaurant operations
  • Appraising staff performance
  • Interviewing/recruiting new employees
  • Interacting with guests to get feedback on product quality and service levels

Qualifications:

  • Food Handling certificate
  • Must have prior restaurant experience
  • Must have prior manager experience
  • Adheres to core values; passion; partnership, and integrity.
  • Must be able to adhere to all sanitization and safety standards relating to Covid- 19.
  • Approachable, friendly, and ability to positively direct employees.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient written communication skills.
  • Proficient in basic computer usage such as email, ordering and POS systems.
  • Aptitude for organization and administrative tasks.
  • Continuous physical activity including frequent walking, standing, twisting, sitting, bending, lifting, reaching, kneeling, stooping, crawling, wiping, climbing, and occasionally pushing and pulling items weighing 50 pounds

Lead Manager Compensation to be discussed with qualified candidates. Pay Range above is just a starting number.

Responsibilities:

  • Greeting Customers
  • Promptly addressing any customer service issues and referring to management if and when necessary
  • Preform Early Morning Prep, Line prep, Housekeeping Duties, Oven Duties, and Grounds Duties
  • Assisting with the tidying of tables, clearing leftovers and keeping the dining area neat and pleasant
  • Uphold sanitation and food safety principles
  • Check in with customers to ensure their experience is satisfactory
  • The ability to smile and connect with lots of different types of customers with ease
  • High level of energy with a desire to stay moving
  • A drive to go above and beyond in every interaction
  • Working with cash registers and processing payments

Qualifications:

  • Must have or obtain a Food Handlers Card

  • Must be reliable, trustworthy and punctual
  • Ability to speak, read and follow verbal directions
