Job Summary:
The HR Talent Acquisition Intern will provide valuable support to manage a high volume of candidates for recruitment.
1. Assist in the pre-employment process of new hires. The following activities are required:
- Facilitation of Background Checks
- Endorsement of Pre-Employment Medical Examinations
- Issuance of Bank Endorsement Slips
- Completion of Documents and Management of 201 Files
- Requesting payments, preparing documents, and maintaining records.
- Manage inventory of recruitment materials and brand collaterals.
2. Validation of Manatal data.
3. Sourcing and Recruitment Responsibilities:
- Conduct Talent Mapping and sourcing for critical roles.
We are seeking individuals who meet the following criteria:
- Currently pursuing a degree in relevant fields such as Psychology, Human Resources, Communications, or related disciplines.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented with strong written, verbal, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office tools including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Willing to work on-site at Mandaluyong City.
- Available to commence work promptly.
