Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrative Staff to join our team.

This role will be responsible for providing crucial support to our sales team, ensuring smooth and efficient operations, and delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including order processing, data entry, and maintaining customer records in the CRM system.
  • Prepare and distribute salesrelated documents, such as quotations, invoices, and purchase orders, accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, such as logistics, finance, and customer service, to facilitate the timely fulfillment of customer orders and resolve any issues or inquiries.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide assistance with product information, pricing, and order status updates.
  • Support the sales team in organizing meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, and preparing necessary materials and reports.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials, ensuring accuracy and consistency with brand guidelines.
  • Help maintain inventory levels and track sales performance metrics, such as sales volume, revenue, and profitability, using spreadsheets and other tools.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements within the sales administration function.

Qualifications:
At least 18 years old
Some college education
Proven experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in a sales or customer service environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with CRM software (e.g., PipeDrive) is preferred.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with internal teams and external customers.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a collaborative team.

Salary package:

Basic :
Php 17,000

Allowance :
Php 1,000

Total: 18,000

Other Earnings

Completion Bonus:
Php10,000

This amount will be released at the end of the 5-month duration. Staff must meet Attendance criteria month on month to be eligible to receive the bonus

Performance bonus – eligible to receive on 3rd month and is subject to the key performance indicator (KPI) bonus scheme

Leaves:
5 SIL – can be used for either sick leaves or vacation leaves. This is accrued at 1/month and unused credits can be converted to cash at the end of the 5-month
