The Training Coordinator is responsible for, but not limited to, employee supervision, content scheduling, content filming, LMS content upload and layout, scheduling using the training portal system, and training delivery.

RESPONSIBILITIES:


• Supervise employees within the Training Department

o Deliver expectations and projects

o Monitor employee production and quality of work

o Provide disciplinary/corrective action when needed

o Ensure deadlines are met as provided by the Product Support Manager


• Oversee daily functions and overall operation of the Learning and Development portal system

o Maintain a routine of content creation and upload

o Ensure expectations are met and/or exceeded


• Schedule LMS content to be created on a routine basis, or as needed (video, audio, documentation, etc.).


• Coordinate rotation of participants in scheduling training, holding multiple courses per calendar year

o Training portal system and Zoom Webinar

o Hands-on training – involved in-house teardown and instruction


• Oversee department projects, ensuring delivery of projects meet critical timelines

o Track project/s progression, maintaining deadlines and expectations

o Uphold a high standard of content quality, producing a high-end product before submission

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED AND PREFERRED:


• High school diploma is required


• Certifications or any related degree is strongly preferred


• Experience in department management, personnel management, and project management is required


• Experience in website management, professional photography, and videography is strongly preferred


• Knowledge and experience with: Articulate 360, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, and Microsoft products
