JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible for the overall administration and implementation of company display standards while ensuring effective assessment, design and execution of new visual concepts and directions.

Key Accountabilities

1. Display Management

· Define, design and implement a creative visual merchandising strategy.

· Create appealing and eye-catching visual displays in alignment to the company's image, products, and target market.

· Modify displays to promote new product launches and reflect seasonal themes.

· Conduct regular visit to store branches to interpret guidelines and train Store Managers/Supervisors in the execution of visual concept.

2. Market Planning and Analysis

· Conduct research on current and future trends in design, lifestyle and target market.

· Find creative opportunities to push products and sell through.

· Review and recommend approval of new ideas in merchandise display.

· Implement measures to improve visual standards and directions.

· Create annual visual strategies and promotional events in order to maintain the interest of target market.

3. Resources Management and Development

· Monitor and work within the budget while ensuring attainment of sales targets.

· Understand processes that will allow for product's optimum sales potential.

· Support in the attainment of sales targets by understanding category, sub-category and SKUs of merchandise.

· Review and recommend approval of new ideas in merchandise display.

· Attend to visual merchandising concerns and report immediately to Top Management for further discussion and/or approval.

· See to it that all branches can attain objectives in terms of sales, customers and profit.

4. People/Team Management

· Oversee team deployment and drive motivation levels of the direct reports.

· Evaluate team member's performance and production.

· Set performance standards and expected output of Display team including desired accomplishment deadlines.
