Sales Executive for Elevator and Home lifts

As a Sales Executive for Elevator Solutions, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by effectively promoting and selling our elevator products and services to commercial and residential clients.

Your primary focus will be on generating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and meeting sales targets within your assigned territory.


Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify potential customers through proactive prospecting, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and target markets.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, property developers, facility managers, and other key stakeholders.
Understand clients' needs and requirements, and provide customized elevator solutions to meet their specific objectives.


Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients, showcasing the features, benefits, and value proposition of our elevator products and services.

Collaborate with the engineering and design teams to develop tailored solutions and proposals that address client requirements.

Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to secure sales agreements and achieve revenue targets.
Handle objections and address concerns raised by clients in a professional and solution-oriented manner.

Develop and execute effective sales strategies, action plans, and tactics to drive business growth and expand market share.
Set ambitious but achievable sales targets and KPIs, and track performance against goals.

Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to post-sales installation and maintenance.
Address customer inquiries, requests, and issues promptly and professionally.

Stay informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and competitor offerings related to elevator systems.
Continuously update product knowledge and sales skills through training, seminars, and self-study.

Collaborate closely with the engineering, operations, and customer service teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
Share insights, best practices, and feedback with colleagues to enhance team performance and effectiveness.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
Proven track record of success in B2B sales, ideally within the elevator or construction industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
