Senior Accounting Associate

• Generation/Extraction of reports (Trial Balance, Transaction Listings, Statement of Accounts) use for the preparation of subsidiary ledgers (SL).
• Review of the monthly SL for any unusual, abnormal balances in preparation for the closing of books.
• Coordination and discussion of monthly SL to the GL account owners for any unusual, abnormal, or any issues identified during the preparation of the SL.
• Perform ad hoc activities as may be assigned by the Proofing and Reconciliation Team Leader related to the Preparation of the SL and/or other GL Accounts.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS Accountancy / Accounting Technology, or any Accounting-related course
• Has at least 3 years' of relevant work experience
• Willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig
