We are looking for an Assessment Processing Associate to join our Manila Team where you will be responsible for ensuring the day-to-day tasks of Despatches Operations processes are carried out accurately and efficiently, and working collaboratively with colleagues both here and in the UK.

What will you do for this role?

As an Assessment Processing Associate, you will be:

  • Responsible for accurate, timely and secure production of Modified despatch paperwork and weekly print reporting
  • Review and update working documents and procedures to ensure they are up-to-date and accurate
  • Problem-solving and assisting with day-to-day issues that may arise and require investigation, direction or escalation.
  • Responding to customer queries within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and escalating them when necessary.
  • Assist across all work streams and subteams within Despatches to ensure accurate and timely delivery of our business requirements.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and the ability to provide excellent customer service.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills to manage timely completion of multiple tasks.
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and to demanding deadlines.
  • Ability to learn new skills and processes quickly.
  • Strong team player with the ability to work independently when required.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word and Power Bi)
  • Amenable to work in a hybrid setup, following UK hours.
