Remuneration & Benefits (Human Resources & Recruitment)
Responsible in managing the Compensation & Benefits programs of the company. He or she performs the following: (1) Ensures that compensation plans comply with the government regulations and aligned with the Company's philosophy and guidelines,
(2) Conducts salary and benefits review based on market and sector specific benchmarking to ensure competitiveness.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Keeps track of prevailing pay rates in the industry and makes sure the
company offers competitive compensation packages. - Reviews timekeeping, attendance and payroll transactions every cut-off prior to finalization. Resolves employee concerns relating to attendance, timekeeping and payroll.
- Conducts job analysis and job evaluation of all relevant jobs in the company. Benchmarks with the industry and prepares salary structure.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS/AB Psychology/Behavioral Science or its equivalent.
- At least 5 years managerial work experience in handling compensation and benefits administration
- Numerate and has keen attention to details.
- Energetic, analytical, organized, and can work with minimum supervision.
- Must have above average oral and written communication skills.
