What You'll Be Doing:
  • Develop and implement SEO and SEM strategies to increase property visibility and attract potential tenants.
  • Craft targeted social media marketing campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Design email marketing campaigns, handle segmentation, and analyze performance for continuous improvement.
  • Create engaging content marketing strategies like blogs and videos that resonate with potential tenants.
  • Use PPC advertising through Google Ads and social media ads to reach the right audience.
  • Conduct market research to understand multifamily real estate trends in California and tailor strategies accordingly.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns that highlight property features and community amenities.
  • Leverage CRM tools like Yardi or RealPage (OneSite) to manage marketing data and improve client engagement.
  • Analyze website traffic, engagement, and conversion rates to refine marketing strategies.
What We Need from You:
  • Proven experience marketing multifamily properties in the U.S., preferably in California.
  • Advanced digital marketing skills, especially in SEO, SEM, and PPC.
  • Familiarity with Yardi or RealPage (OneSite).
  • Strong analytical abilities and a creative approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work U.S. hours (8 a.m. - 5 p.m. PST) independently and efficiently.
